Photo and Testimonial Permission

I hereby grant SweetPeaPunkinRose Designs, L.L.C. the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display photographs, video recordings, written comments, reviews, testimonials, or other content that include my likeness, voice, name, or statements (collectively, “Content”).

This permission includes use of the Content for:

• Website and online shop

• Social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)

• Digital and printed promotional materials

I understand that:

• The Content may be edited for clarity, length, or design, but not in a misleading way

• I will not receive compensation for the use of the Content

• I may request removal of the Content in the future by contacting dmarie@sweetpeapunkinrose.com and reasonable efforts will be made to comply
